Entente Cordiale

A party of visitors from Selby’s twin town, Carentan in France, have spent the weekend in the district. The 44 strong party are staying with host families. After a visit to Whitby last Friday, they attended a dinner in the Big Top marquee at the Riccall Regen Centre on the Saturday. The dinner was also the first official engagement for Selby’s new MP, Nigel Adams. A great time was had by all. The party returned to France yesterday. Au revoir.
